NTE5A Master Socket
NTE5A master socket comprising of 3 parts. A surface mounting box, the NTE5A front section (incorporating a test socket) and a removable face plate. The removable front section provides a clear demarcation between the customer extension wiring and network service provider’s line.
Front section provides a test line for fault checking; see if it’s your line or your service provider’s line that has the fault.
Applications:
• Used as a connection point for extension wiring
• Used as a master socket for phones, faxes, answering machines etc
